Background and scope

• This ad-hoc query was used by EMN Netherlands to survey whether, and how often, EU Member States and EMN observer countries offer migrants the opportunity to submit additional information when something is missing from a residence application (remedying incomplete applications).
• The Dutch government wishes to gain insight into the procedures other countries have in place for the provision of missing or supplementary information.
